The Writers Guild of Virginia is a non-profit organization founded in 2015 by professional writers and instructors. We are passionate about helping writers hone their skills and find their unique voices. Through our workshops, classes, and events, our members have the opportunity to share their stories, connect with other writers, and gain knowledge about the craft of writing.
Welcome To Our New Board Members
We are pleased to announce the additions of Carol Amorosi and Jessica Harvey to the Writers Guild Board of Directors. Carol will be serving as our Membership Chair, and Jessica will be serving as our Grants Researcher. We would also like to say thank you and farewell to departing Board member David Cariens, whose tireless advocacy for writers and for the Guild since its founding have been greatly appreciated.
